Tempur-Cloud is TOO Soft

I enjoy a soft pillow, but this thing collapses into nothingness with very little effort, providing zero support or comfort. Highly disappointed.

Not Feeling The TEMPUR-Therapy :-(

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was under the impression that my "TEMPUR Experience" would've been a lot more... shall we say PLEASANT. It feels like a normal pillow to me. Sort of hard and I still wake up with a stiff neck. If I could go back into time (Marty McFly style) and relive that purchasing mistake - I wouldn't have click "BUY" - even with the PROMO they were running (BUY 1 GET 1 FREE). Sorry, TP. Not a fan of these.

I received a standard/queen which was a smaller size than I currently have in my home which was purchased from a tempur-pedic dealer. Much disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very disappointed in the pillow as you sink right into it and it gives no neck support. As someone who had a neck injury I find this crucial. Waste of my money. Sorry tempurpedic go back to the drawing board.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had hoped this pillow would help me sleep better and prevent morning headaches. It didn't. It was uncomfortable, hot and gave me extremely painful headaches. It was the worst pillow ever. I gave it to my son who seems to be okay with it.
