I had a cervical laminectomy years ago and still suffer from numbness in both arms if too much pressure is on my neck, I have tried most pillows over many years and this is the only one that allows my neck to be flat enough with the proper support and alignment for my particular condition that allows me to sleep deeply and not wake up to numb arms. I have been using this pillow for about a month and I did purchase a few extra just in case. I couldn't be happier, thank you temper pedic

In most ways, my husband and I really like this pillow, which is soft and comfortable and would work great if you happen to sleep on your back. However, we are both side sleepers, and both of us have wide shoulders, and it simply does not hold our heads in a neutral position so we wake up with stiff necks. If the pillow came in sizes and we could opt for the same softness and comfort in a taller pillow, that would be perfect.

I got a new Tempur-Pedic mattress, and wanted a new pillow also. This one was my favorite, and I love the option to unzip the cover to wash! I also bought a ProAdapt medium, also excellent. I had to retire my 19 year old Tempur-Pedic mattress and I knew a Tempur-Pedic was the only mattress I could ever be interested in!

Overall I love this pillow. The foam will build heat over time, so if I wake up and notice the pillow is a bit warm, I just flip it.
