[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had neck and shoulder pains which prompted me to purchase this pillow and when I felt it, it felt like I was squeezing a supersized marshmallow. It wasn't too firm and it wasn't too soft. It was just right. It conforms to my body to meet my needs and provide the support necessary for me to get comfortable easier and fall alseep much more quickly. The only way I can see this being improved is by probably making the center or head area of the pillow a little softer to make it easier for the head to sink into a comfortable position where the neck is properly supported. I bought two of these pillows about a year ago for myself and my girlfriend and they're just as soft and supportive as they were when we first open the box. We have two other pillows on the bed but they've become decorations now because we only use the Tempur Cloud. This was my first Tempur-pedic purchase and I will definitely recommend and purchase again!
