Horrible

I don't understand all the great reviews for their pillows. I bought two different kinds that were both meant for stomach sleepers. The chemical smell is disgusting and the pillows are way overpriced and over hyped. It's literally a piece of foam. Not comfy at all for stomach sleepers. I'm so disappointing and mad that I wasted almost $100 on something I can't use or return.

This is suppose to soft . I sat a full 5 lb bag of sugar on the pillow . There was no dent. It is solid like a brick . You could bouncy a quarter off it . Do not by this pillow.

Haven't been able to use: smell is AWFUL

I'd like to give a review of how this pillow was to sleep on but I am unable to use it (2 weeks after receiving it) because the smell gives me a horrible headache. Even the sheet is was lying on stinks. If this changes after another few weeks of airing out, I will amend my review.

I tried this pillow as part of a promotion, bought 2. I found it not a good fit, and was informed that returns are not accepted, even if unopened. caveat emptor! try before you buy

Very Disappointed

I purchased a Mattress many years ago and Love it. But I'm Disappointed with the Pillows! Not as giving or soft as the description. And made my neck sore using them for just a couple nights. Now I'm using my old pillow again! I would return them but you don't allow returns on pillows. I think that should still be allowable to have a happy customer experience no matter what. I know with some other Mattress Company's which I can't name per your request they guarantee satisfaction or your money back and instead of costly shipping returns they donate to a local charity of the purchaser location. I wish I could have left a better review, but just not what I thought they would be like! So anyone else reading this I recommend trying them at a store before purchasing on line. Wish I Had realized , but I went by reviews and description.

So disappointed in this pillow. I haven't been able to get a good, restful sleep since using this pillow. It feels flat as a pancake when sleeping on it. It's difficult to buy a pillow online since you can't try it out and now I cannot return it or exchange it. I really thought I was going to love it.

This Pillow is Nothing Like Sleeping on a Cloud

First, before buying a pillow know that you cannot return it. I purchased this Termpurpedic pillow after reading the great reviews and was so excited to receive it as I've never owned a Tempurpedic pillow before. This pillow, which is advertised as soft, was so firm! After the first night I thought that I needed to "break it in" and give it a change but after having a few nights of restless sleep, I no longer use the Termpurpedic pillow and reverted back to my old pillow. I thought I could return the pillow after the first night but unfortunately they don't take returns on pillows. I should have done my homework before purchasing and looked at their return policy but since Termpurpedic is such a reputable company, I NEVER thought they wouldn't return it. Lesson learned: don't buy an expensive pillow online unless you've tried it out in person.
