[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pillow is definitely comfy but it's too thin on it's own and it's too thick with two of them so I just went back to my old pillow. If you don't mind a thinner pillow then, I'm sure you'll love it.

We had received our pillows and used them 3 nights. The pillows completely when flat. There was no support to the pillows. This caused us to wake up throughout the night with sore necks and headaches. Customer service was not helpful. Had us file a warranty claim just for them to deny it. We have been loyal Tempurpedic customers for years. We will be looking at a new SLEEP BY NUMBER BED.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have Tempur-pedic mattresses so I took a change on a Tempur-pedic pillow hoping it would work for me and read on your website that it came with a ninety day return no questions asked. I tried to return it within the first week and was told you didn't do returns on pillows. 100.00 for a pillow that you can't use is unexceptionable as far as I am concerned.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the pillows a lot, my wife and I bought one each for our base pillows and triend them out in store to make sure we liked them before we bought them. The only thing I wish was different was that the pillows were a tiny bit stiffer as they tend to flatten out a smidge too much.
