Improved my neck pain

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was previously using cheap pillows with no real support and decided it was time to invest in some better ones. I chose these because I tend to switch positions a lot, and these seemed like they worked well for both side sleepers and back sleepers (which I am both). These have improved the neck pain I was constantly waking up with with my old pillows.

Good quality, just too soft

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this product to put on top of my boyfriend's mattress because I have a Temperpedic and love it. The topper is just too soft. It's suppose to be medium firm, but it just doesn't feel like it to me. I will be filing a claim under the warranty as instructed to do so by a Temperpedic customer service member. Other than my own personal preference this topper is great quality!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
