I've always heard that these pillows are great. Even after working with them I was skeptical (I always just thought it's just another competition) after purchasing my new mattress (not tempurpedic) five years ago, I also got some new pillows. The mattress was good for the first week, then the aching back and neck came to play. After living with it for 5 years, I finally got my hands on two of these pillows. I was skeptical, the first night my head sank into the pillow as of it wasn't there. I thought "that can't be good!" But woke up the next morning, no sore neck, and little less back pain. A week later, I got two more pillows and a mattress topper (not Tempur-Pedic, sorry guys) but let me say this, the combination of the four new pillows and topper has turned my painful nights, into restful mornings. Warning: let your products air out for at least a day when you get them. There is a slight odor. But other than that, best thing ever. Thanks Tempur-Pedic!

I have tried every pillow that was advertised as the best pillow available. They are on guest beds not on my bed. I tried the Tempur Cloud pillow and I love this pillow. These are on MY bed! They are beyond comfortable and I sleep so much better now.

Purchased 2 of these pillows and am surprised how much I like them. Purchased other brands prior and wasn't pleased but these are very comfortable and I sleep well using them. At least for myself they work great! Plus they're not so heavy and weighted like some other brands are. My neck discomfort has disappeared which is a huge relief.

I was hesitant to purchase this pillow after trying one briefly at the furniture store when I bought my Tempur-Pedic mattress. I bought an adjustable frame and found that I could not manage to get comfortable with my foam pillows. I was constantly adjusting them. Then I bought the Tempur-Cloud Pillow. It conforms to my head and neck and I sleep much more comfortably with my new mattress and pillow. I highly recommend this pillow. My husband likes his pillow as well.

I bought two of these pillows for my mother who had major neck problems and was in hospice. We switched to these pillows a few months prior to her passing. In a few days after using this pillow, her neck issues seemed better and she seemed more comfortable in bed, both sitting up and lying down. I liked that they were not to big, and were just the right softness for her. Thank you for this product, it gave her more comfort at the end.

Like the quality, not good for a side sleeper in my opinion.

I searched high and low for good ratings on a pillow that is good for a side sleeper. I'm pregnant and can't sleep on my back, and was just looking for some relief for my neck and back to get a decent nights rest. Multiple reviews said the cloud pillow was one of the best for a side sleeper. Unfortunately, my arms fall asleep all night long while using this pillow, which was causing me to wake up every hour of the night. The pillow quality is great, but it's just not great for what I need as a side sleeper. I have had to stop using this pillow so I can sleep.
