Comfortable pillow

After discarding two previously purchased pillows from two different vendors, the Tempur-Pedic pillows (after sleeping on them for a month now) do not wake me during the night with a "crick" in my neck. Quality of sleep is noticeably improved. In short, I'm still sleeping on them and seem to be pleased after the first month. I do wish they were a couple of inches thicker.

Smells bad initially, Not too firm

It smells awful initially. Had to off-gas for about a week to get that smell away. Pillow itself is good, very soft. I just hope that it could hold my head better.

I had never tried tempurpedic products before buying these pillows. I now definitely understand why it seems so costly, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. This has to be the most comfortable pillow I've ever felt, I normally experience neck and shoulder pain most mornings but since I began using it I really haven't had any neck pain at all. It's so comfortable I've even started going to bed earlier because I honestly just want to lay down on the thing. I happened to buy them when they had a buy one get one deal, and I can say it was a really good deal with how good the quality really is. Even if it's not on sale, if you can afford it, it's definitely worth it!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Most Comfortable

I was having such bad neck aches/strains with the last 2 pillows I tried. We have a Sleep Number Bed, and it's been hard to find a pillow that works. Our daughter recommend this pillow to us and so I purchased 2. We really love them. They tend to flatten throughout the night and we have to flip them. The only issue I have is that they get hot/warm. Thinking of getting a protector cover besides what's on there and have our pillowcase too.

Soft for a minute then hard as a rock for the night

These pillows feel great for about a minute. When the foam is compressed it becomes as hard as a rock. I feel like I just threw my money down the drain for two of these as returns are not allowed and I used them for less than one night.

Woke up in the middle of night with neck pain

I thought this pillow will elevate my sleep! I never had a good sleep since I got this pillow. It's too soft and does not support your neck. Last night I woke up in the middle of the night with neck pain. Be careful before you buy this pillow. They don't accept return if you are not happy with it. I do not recommend this pillow to back sleepers and side sleepers !

Bad Pillow, Worse Return Policy

Advertised as "extra soft" but that doesn't describe the feel once it's fully compressed... This is the same old 90s-era TEMPUR foam wrapped in a "Cloud" pillow case. So, dear reader, shame on me for buying a pillow online, right? The website gave me several compelling reasons to why I'll love it - even calling it life-changing! If Tempur-Pedic was really that confident that I would, in fact, love it, you would think that they'd stand by their product with a reasonable return or exchange policy. Word of advice/warning: Find a reputable retailer to try out the pillow first and then go buy a Casper. It will change your life.

I have significant neck issues. Pillow did not help, was too firm otherwise and I COULD NOT RETURN EVEN THOUGH I NEVER REMOVED PLASTIC (covered with pillowcase for trial). These pillows are very expensive to end up being totally useless to me.
