Pillow quality is good , it adjust with neck perfectly but pillow is small. At this price they have to at least make it close king size pillow .

Unfortunately once the head rests on this pillow it goes completely flat. I really did not feel any support. The pillow indeed feels like a cloud but loses it's fluffiness overall.

I was worried it would've been a lil too soft because I sleep on my stomach and it's hard to find a good pillow that doesnt hurt my neck... this pillow has the perfect amount of softness and shapes to my head while laying on it, giving me the perfect amount of support and isnt too high for my neck but isnt too low that its uncomfortable... I definitely recommend this pillow for stomach sleepers and side sleepers... not so much back sleepers, when I lay on my back with it too long my head hurts, could just be me but this is a review.

This is a very good quality pillow. I think it will stand the test of time, and the tempur material is super comfortable. I only wish that the pillow was a little thicker for extra neck support

It basically gets so flattened where my head lays and provides no neck support. I end up waking up with awful shoulder and neck pain and is terrible if you are a side sleeper especially. We have tempur-pedic mattresses as well which we enjoy but these pillows are very disappointing.

I have neck problems and I've bought over 10 pillows trying to find one that wont make my neck hurt. The Temper Cloud pillow supports my neck while being soft like I like my pillow to be. I dont wake up with a neck ache anymore! Yay!!!!

I was really excited to get our new pillows. Unfortunately, the pillows compress so much so that 1 pillow does not provide adequate support. The pillow compresses down almost 80%. Two of these pillows together is almost perfect, but just a little too much. I really wish I could exchange to see if there is another model that would work better for me.
