Comfy, but don't love it as much as I did in the store

I'd never consider replacing it as its comfortable and does what's needed, but i wish it held its shape a bit more than it does. (ie When i lay down, it can become a bit flat, although it fluffs back up afterwards)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had to go through quite a few pillows due to constant neck pain when I'd wake up. It took a while to adjust to this pillow but it's great! I wish that it held its shape better and didn't get completely flat instantly. I'm used to memory foam pillows that still have structure, but this one still bounces back fairly well.
