[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow is very comfortable and soft. I've run through many pillows looking for the right firmness. This pillow is a little closer to what I need as a side sleeper but I thought it would be a little more firm. I thought by now it would be flatter but it's still able to retain its original shape and feel as the day I got it.
