I had been using my existing pillow for years and felt it was time to get another. First, while in Hawaii, I bought a bamboo pillow. I hated it, too thick, so put it into the guest room. I already had a tempurpedic bed, which I love, so when I saw the ad for buy one get one free pillow I decided to try it. I LOVE LOVE LOVE this pillow and will give the extra one to my son!

The pillows are good quality however they are much too soft for me. I currently do not use them on my bed. I tired to Exchange but no luck.

First time purchasing this model. I always sleep on the sympathy pillow but after a broken shoulder blade accident making sleeping with out pain iI struggled to find a way to relieve the pain. When ordering a replacement symphony pillow I elected to try out the tempur-cloud pillow To support my arm and shoulder sleeping on my side. I am happy to report it has been a perfect decision. The symphony supports my neck and in tandem the cloud supports my arm and shoulder blade. No more pain and now enjoying going to bed. Tempur-cloud is a perfect name.

This pillow is awesome! I wish I bought two... Bought a Symphony pillow and does not compared to the quality of this! So soft, high quality and very comfortable. I do not stand behind Tempurdic not allowing returns! I would be so much happier if I could have had two of these! Don't waste your time with anything else, get the cloud!
