This was a replacement for my 10 year old Tempupedic pillow. I can't believe how comfortable the new pillow is. I'm a side sleeper and have had issues with ear pain with all pillows I've tried, but this Tempur Cloud has resolved that issue. It is very soft and I highly recommend. Worth every penny!

This product is comfortable as you settle in, but it has little or no contour and it's hard to stay comfortable as you move around through the night. Disclosure: I've had prior neck surgery and the support I need may be different than yours.

Only good if you like a pillow that flattens like a pancake

Couldn't be more disappointed. When you put your head on this pillow, it flattens to less than an inch. Would never ever buy again or recommend to anyone. In fact, I feel cheated for what I paid. Will go back to my $20 pillow that provides some support where your head sinks into the pillow, not through the pillow.
