I love this pillow! It is soft as a cloud and confirms to my neck and shoulder. I'm a side sleeper. At first it was an adjustment but I'm finally getting a great nights sleep! I have heard to give a new pillow 2 weeks. I was so uptight with no sleep before this pillow, so I'm glad I purchased it and would buy another!

I bought 2 of these pillows after searching for so long for the right pillow and these are great! They are a little firm straight out of the box but just give them a couple days and they transition into the best pillows you will ever lay your head on. Their name is right, it's like laying your head on a fluffy cloud.

I wasn't sure I would like this pillow when I first got it. It's the heaviest pillow I've ever felt. It's not at all like the lightweight polyester fill pillows I've slept on for years and years. After having slept on the cloud pillows for a few days now, I find I really do like them. It's a wonderful feeling when my head sinks into the pillow. So far I have not experienced any back or neck pains after sleeping. I don't want to say anything negative about the pillows because I do like them very much, but to be honest I did notice an unusual odor to the pillows when I took them out of the box. The odor seems to have disappeared since then. The pillows were very well packaged when I received them. Each of them were in sealed in plastic bags inside a box.
