I received this pillow free with the purchase of a mattress topper. I have to admit, I wasn't sure how I'd like a pillow feeling so firm. Just like the firmness of the topper, my head seems to melt into this pillow. I can even pull it around to fit the way I like it. I've purchased many pillows to find the comfort that I liked. I think I might have found it just by getting the mattress topper and the pillow as an added benefit. It may not be the type for everyone but it works for me.
