I read lots of reviews saying this pillow doesn't have enough loft for a side sleeper. I actually bought the Layla pillow because of this. I went to a mattress firm, laid down on this pillow and felt like my head rested on a cloud. I must say I lay on my side with my arm outstretched under my head so I don't need a big loft pillow. I can't attest to normal side sleepers but I absolutely LOVE THIS PILLOW

These are my first ever TEMPUR-pedic pillows, and I was very excited about it. At first, they were great, slightly higher than I prefer but were good for the first 2-3 months-ish. But then the neck pain slowly starts and now 6 months later, my neck has been so strained for 2 weeks and these pillows just make it worse. Disappointed in my purchase. Wish i could get a refund!

I have always had Tempur-pedic pillows then it was time for new ones. I thought these were similar to my old ones and come to find that these were literally as flat as a pancake and provide no support Please do not buy unless you like extremely flat pillows and save your money. I'm not sure why Tempur-pedic does not specify this how flat they are in the product description because now when reading reviews I see some other people with the same problem.

I love tempur-pedic and have used them for years, I thought I would try the cloud pillow and it looks great! However it is way to soft, it gets paper thin where I lay and takes a while to come back up. Definitely needs to have an option for a medium/firm because the shape is perfect.
