The saleslady said this would substitute for a scrunchable down pillow, but it doesn't. On the other hand, my husband has been having problems with pillows, using this one for the month, and seems to find it preferable to others he's tried.

This pillow is soft and heavy. I thought it was going to work for me but the first 5 minutes I knew this wasn't it. Your head just sinks down into it, no support whatsoever for the side sleeper and it's even uncomfortable for laying on your back. I'm keeping them for in back of my sleeping pillows. The hunt is still on for the perfect supportive side sleeper.

I had done some research and decided to buy it. I believe for some people it is great and comfortable, but I realize that what I need is firmer and more supportive. However, nothing wrong with this product, it's just not for me.
