Not quite the "cloud" I was expecting

I was super excited to get my hands on these pillows. But after opening the box, these were as firm as an overfilled sandbag. I was joking with my fiancé that if we got in a pillow - fight, one of us would be comatose at the end of it. Being that memory foam mattresses need to inflate when you unwrap them; I decided to give these pillows 6 hours to do their thing. And they're still super firm. These pillows are "soft" in a way, when you lay your head on it, the memory foam takes a moment to respond, but conforms to your head. However, it is still pretty firm once it conforms. And I'm still waking up with the same headaches and neck pain I was with my $30 pillows. I'm pretty dissatisfied - I was expecting a literal soft memory foam pillow. My memory foam mattress is actually softer than this pillow - and my fiance prefers to lay her head on that instead. If you prefer soft pillows, I would not recommend. This was in my opinion, not as advertised.

Best Pillow on the market!

I have a Tempur-Pedic bed as well as this newly bought Tempur-Pedic pillow. I have horrible back issues(no cartilage in my SI joint), and neck pain every day of my life. I was absolutely shocked after sleeping on this pillow for over a month now. I no longer have any neck pain whatsoever, and it has even helped my back. I actually own three of these pillows now! I want to say that i have always had Tempur-Pedic pillows, but i tended to go with the firmer ones. I was nervous with this one being soft it wouldn't have the proper support, however I've never been more wrong in my life. All I can say if you're considering this pillow is to buy it! You have a 90 day trial, and have nothing to lose. It has changed my life, and it will change yours!

Perfect combo of soft and supportive

I have chronic tension headaches and neck pain and this pillow is by far the best pillow I've ever had! It allows my neck to be in perfect alignment with the rest of my spine. I haven't woken up with neck pain since I bought it! I got two and I use the other one between my knees because I'm a side sleeper.
I would recommend this to a friend!

less dense and less thick than most TPX pillows

Tempurpedic generally is known for a dense memory foam that is adaptive and responsive. The trick with pillows is normally finding one that fits your shape and sleep style, which can be expensive. This however is a different feel than most tempur pillows. They decreased the density and I love it. Unfortunately it's also fairly thin for their pillows so you wont get a lot of neck support and after the pillow warms up your head will sink through to the the mattress. I'll be watching for a revamped version of this pillow.

Neck and back pain

I noticed that my neck had been hurting and when I would wake up, my spine would be aching. At first I thought it was due to my athletic training but now that I've been away from home for a few weeks, visiting my parents, I'm positive it was my cloud pillow. I'm currently sleeping on old generic down pillows and I'm waking up with no pain, and I'm still continuing my training (which has actually increased in rigor). It's so comfy snuggling up to it but trying to get 8 hours sleep on that thing is horrible on my neck. My boyfriend complains about the same issue after he tried it for a few nights.

Comfortable but lacking

The pillow is comfortable, but it is lacking a lot. For the price I would of expected a little more. Once you lay down on it, the pillow goes very flat and fast. I would of expected a little more firmness from it. All in all I will be saving money and buying another set from Tempur-Pedic but more firm. Buy more firm is my recommendation after 4 nights
