[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you purchase Tempur Pedic pillow directly from them, they do not accept return in any conditions. I bought 2 as promo and it didn't fit well. But they didn't take the brand new pillow back. Too bad. I wish they stated their return policy more clearly as they sell. If you're not sure about your fit, choose other resellers who accept returns even with conditions.

Used Pillow 1 Night - Will not let me return it

Terrible customer service! We used the pillow for 1 night, and they will not let us return it for a refund. You allow people to sleep on a mattress for 89 days and let them return it for a refund, but pillows slept on for 1 night are not eligible. Does not make any sense at all. Was going to buy a new mattress from them, but definitely not now.

In the last couple of month, I found my self sleeping on my arms and finding it difficult to settle to sleep and stay asleep comfortably. My arms were falling asleep and I felt lots of discomfort and sometimes pain. A good friend recommend the Tempur-cloud pillow to me, and it has been a life changing experience. Now I can position my body more comfortably, my arms are not following to sleep but I am sleeping much better! Thank you Tempur-Pedic!
