[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchase the generic pillow for one-third of what this pillow cost and it works primarily the same. Next to no support with this pillow and it sleeps hot. I'm not going to waste my time or additional funds to return Tempur-Pedic. I would never purchase again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have the low and medium tempur cloud pillows, and they are very comfortable. I hit the pillow and them lights go out. Even if having a conversation with my wife I still pass out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The profile of the pillow is pretty small, so your head and neck don't get that much support. I also bought the Tempur-Neck pillow, which is substantially better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'd give it 5 stars but it does flatten out after sleeping on it all night so you might need a soft thin pillow to go on top. Otherwise it's a solid product.
