I found this Tempur-cloud pillow and it was the best investment I have made. I no longer wake up feeling stiff. It molds to your neck and head providing support and leaving the perfect distance between your ear and outside shoulder. This pillow helps to keep your spine and neck aligned while you sleep. I could never go without this pillow ever again, it was completely changed my life.
