Feels nice, but way too soft

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased 2 of these for the wife and I. While the pillow does feel nice, it is way to soft to offer any support. This is coming from someone who has always been a fan of using the softest, thinnest pillows available wherever I go. I wake up with worse neck/shoulder pain than I had prior to using this, and I think it's mainly due to the design. It seems to put pressure in all of the wrong places and allows the portions you would want pressure to sink... hard to describe. My wife had the same issue and quickly moved on from it after a few nights, I hung on a bit hoping I would "adjust" to it but alas it did not happen. Unfortunately Tempur does not offer returns on pillows so we're stuck with 2 expensive pillows we can't even use.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great pillows for the price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got these pillows as part of a BOGO deal and they have been great. They are firm enough but also with have a lot of give in the memory foam. Would definitely get them again.

A Super Comfy Pillow

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Tempur-Cloud is a great pillow for those wanting a comfortable sleep and get away from those old/over priced cotton stuffed pillows. My brother was in a bad motorcycle accident and when his birthday came around he really wanted one tempur pillow to help him sleep more comfortably and cushion some of his sore limbs, and tempur had a great deal on the tempur-cloud, so I got him 2 great pillows and I didn't break my budget. It even helped me make a good meme birthday card and I'm actually gonna get myself a pair of these pillows if the deal is still available.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bad Neck / WFH Life Saver

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I dont know why I waited so long to make this purchase! These pillows are so comfortable and cradle my head like a baby. I also use them to support my back while using uncomfortable furniture during work from home. No more pain!

Tempurpedic's Specialty Pillow

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While definitely well made this pillow isn't for everyone. What makes it more of a specialty pillow is its shape. It's uniquely designed and allows relatively cool. However it's relatively flat. More height and rise would make it ideal for stomach, back, and side sleepers. As it is designed it is more for a certain type of back sleeper.
