I have bad circulation and have to get readjusted by chiropractors. Now I have minimum body discomfort and wake up feeling well rested. Pros: Feels like a cloud, you can actually fall asleep, wake up feeling rested, and mine was BOGOF Cons: Not You will want to buy more of them or better Temp pillows

I would wait until it's on special or some kind of offer to buy it. It has held up so I'll give it that
