I had bad neck issues and painful migraines which were chain reactions to one another caused by a bad pillow. Since switching to the cloud pillow 6 months ago, I haven't had a single neck issue or migraine caused by sleep position. In fact I've had the best nights sleep and wake up feeling rested. This pillow has been a life saver, and I highly recommend it.
