Although nothing is like the original... I was still super surprised at how soft yet firm this pillow is! So nice that my brother ended up taking it from me! I do feel like it gets pretty flat but maybe my head is just heavy

My old pillow was giving me a lot of problems and I had some very uncomfortable sleepless nights. As soon as I started using TEMPUR-cloud pillow, I started noticing that I was sleeping better and I was not waking up with shoulder or next pain. I love that it is soft, but not too soft. Such a great investment and I highly recommend this product.
