It's just the right amount of softness with a firm feeling under my head & neck. From the very first night, I knew I'd struck gold with this one. I'm convinced that I'll never go back to other brands now that I've experienced the Tempur-Cloud pillow. All I can say is Aaahhh & sweet dreams!

But the pillows I had were too thin and would collapse during the night, so I found myself stacking pillows, or else waking up with terrible shoulder / neck pain. The cloud was a life changer! The perfect height for side sleepers and maintains its support all night. For those looking for the softness of a feather pillow but the support of a Tempurpedic, this is a great option!
