Comfortable!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the balance between soft and firm. I prefer pillows on the firmer side. Plus, I'm a pretty good sleeper as it is. So this pillow does not interrupt my sleep whatsoever and gives me that extra feeling of relaxation the moment I rest my head on top of it.

Very uncomfortable and painful on the neck. Very unfortunate that we can't return because they suck !!! Don't waste your money. I'm very sad about this wasted money.

This pillow is what I was hoping it was and so much more. It's comfy, holds its shape, and I don't have to change pillows in the middle of the night.

No support. Woke up in middle of night with neck ache. Will not use again, and not allowed to return. If I had known this, I would of bought from a store.

Feels like Heaven!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased two pillows and was unsure what height I would need for comfort because I'm a side sleeper. This pillow is great! It feels firm at first but your head slowly melts and remains supported all night.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The cloud pillow is nice but I need more cloud in mine, if you have a big head like me. My sleep seems to only have improved ever so slightly. Perhaps I should sandwich another cloud pillow in order to reach cloud nine.
