Comfortable and very well made

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The knocks on most memory foam-based sleep products are that you sink in too deeply, and that they disturb sleep by heating up. Based on my experience so far with this pillow, Tempur-Pedic keeps its promise of resolving both of these issues. I find that the pillow gives very good support, and my head's "depth" in the pillow is, as far as I can tell, the same when I wake up as it was when I fell asleep. As for temperature, it is exactly what it promises to be - temperature neutral. In other words, it neither feels strongly cool (which I don't need, since my body runs cool generally) nor heats up uncomfortably through the night. It is simply pleasant and natural-feeling. Now, if you really want a strongly cooling pillow, you'd probably be happier with one of the Breeze Tempur-Pedic pillows, but if what you're after is durability and through-the-night support in a pillow that is stimuli-neutral with respect to temperature, you'll be quite happy with the Tempur-Cloud, as I am. As one last note, I do supplement my Tempur-Cloud pillow with a very thin older pillow underneath it, but I have an unusually long neck. One option would be to get an extra-thick pillow, but I prefer to get standard thickness pillows and customize the height to my needs. In any case, if your neck is in the normal length range, you will likely find the thickness of the standard Tempur-Cloud to be ideal.

Smells and didn't work for me

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The foam does off gas so if you're sensitive to smells be aware. Made our pillowcase smell like ant spray or something. Also they feel comfortable but I move a lot and did not find any pain relief with these pillows.
