Truly cloud like experience

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently had re-occurring issues with my neck. My husband suggested to get a new pillow and I was eager to try out the tempur pedic pillow. At the time of purchase, they had a promo going on. I jumped right on and purchased two different kinds. I tried the cloud pillow first which wasn't for me but I love the essential support pillow. It is firm enough for my liking but also soft enough for me to "fold" it while sleeping. The cloud pillow is being used by my husband and he loves it. I'm a stomach sleeper and the actual cloud pillow was too firm. However, my husband mentioned that he happened to find a staple piece in his pillow one night. It was within the filling, so not sure how that possibly got in there during the production process. Still love the pillows. We hope that was an exception with the staple.
