[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pillow isn't as firm as I would have liked it to be but I'm a side sleeper so I like the firmer pillows but I do like it overall. If you're a side sleeper I wouldn't highly recommend but if you sleep on your back it's fine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the feel of the pillow but it goes completely flat for us (both mine and my hubby's) when we lay our heads on it. We added an additional pillow underneath it (inside our pillowcases) and now we're able to enjoy it and we do love it. By itself it would be too flat for us and we would have had to return it. For us it just needed a little boost underneath to be the right height. It also smells chemically but the pillowcase has helped take the edge off. I'd like to encase it in another pillowcase or something as I don't like the smell and not sure if it's healthy for us to be inhaling that.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We ordered the cloud pillow and tempur mattress topper so that he'd have a better night's sleep. He's had no sleepless nights since, and it's been about a month now. Amazing. The pillow sometimes forces his head a little higher than he'd like. He will sometimes drop the pillow in place of something that is more wedge shaped. Overall, the pillow has a nice balance of firm and soft. And it just absorbs you. Really nice.

If I have to go somewhere else to sleep I bring it with me. I never thought something could help my sleep so much. I can't sleep without this pillow anymore.. worth the price!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would recommend this pillow - I usually don't like memory foam pillow because of its hardness, but I often had problem with sore neck after the sleep. Also, I change my posture so much during the sleep, it is hard to say that I am back-sleeper, side-sleeper, etc. This pillow was a good compromise for giving softness yet providing some support for my neck and sleeper like me who cannot be categorized into a single category.
