Bought this pillow after trying over 10+ different brands and have not looked back since. It conforms to your neck while alleviating pain and discomfort. I got the starting pillow but it stays cool and always goes back to being fluffy and not staying flat. Not much negative I can say about the pillows since they are the best I've owned.

I've had side-sleeper, foam, down, cooling pillows in all different shapes and sizes and this is the best one so far! I have a Tempur-pedic bed and to have the pillow as well just guarantees a good night's sleep!
