At first I was not all that impressed with this pillow. Seemed kind of "meh". Then I decided to give it a try. I have never had a pillow that was so accommodating. It's like it's not there. I mean, you don't notice it at all; you just sleep well on it. I use a CPAP machine and pillows sometimes get in the way. Not this one. You can't judge it awake. You have to give it a night-then you'll understand. It's like magic.

I was very skeptical about buying this pillow, thought it would be to hard. Much to my surprise my head just softly sinks into it with ease to a comfort way. I do Flip it over each day and sometimes feel that one side seems more form fitting than the other but very little if any. It's a fabulous pillow !

I called because the first time trying the pillows, I knew they were not right for me, the pillows go completely flat, no support at all. When I contacted customer support, they said they have a zero waste policy. So im stuck with two $80.00 pillows I cannot use.
