I was really hoping to love these pillows especially since they can't be returned. The pillow was heavy and hard. I tried to use it for several nights and just could not. My husband tried it for a week and said no thank you.

This pillow is very soft and plush. Somewhat of a snuggle pillow or something you have for decoration. It does not, in my opinion give proper shoulder and neck support. I can not sleep on this pillow on its own as it sinks in and becomes flat once you lay your head on it.

I sleep on my back and this is Not a good pillow for back or stomach sleepers . You can't smush it to make it comfortable under your head/neck . I will be checking in to getting a refund , for sure .
