It is not worth the money. No pillow is going to make you sleep effortlessly. It all comes down to the marketing and they make it seems like this will make you feel so wonderful and all aches and pains will be gone.

got this as a free gift I have arthritis in my neck and this pillow is the only I have gotten that my neck isnt sore when I wake up wish it was a king size cooling tempur-cloud pillow but that will be my next purchase after having this one love it..

I bought this pillow after having tried a similar one at a mattress store. This one did not have the cooling feature but it was part of the BOGO deal, so I decided to give it a try. I generally fall asleep on my back and will wake up in different positions. I slept on this pillow the first night and felt like my head would sink all the way down where I could feel the mattress on the back of my head. I slept on it without a pillow case and it made my head feel pretty hot, which was a pretty bad feeling I hadn't experienced in the past. I decided to sleep on it several nights to give it a chance but after 3 nights of sleeping uncomfortable on it, I decided to give up. I did use a soft pillow case, which seem to help a bit with the temperature. It is a soft pillow and the memory foam does feel nice. I just wish it wouldn't sink all the way down. I did get a different pillow for my wife on the BOGO so that we could each try both pillows, but unfortunately it didn't work out either. I knew I wouldn't be able to return them but hoped at least one of them would work. My wife didn't like either one as well, so now we have some pretty expensive shams. We will use them for our guest bedroom and gladly gift it to the first guest that compliments them.
