You can by memory foam pillows anywhere. But you will never get the quality and comfort that Temperpedic gives you. I bought a new cloud mattress two months ago and had to have pillows. You're never find anything more comfortable. The matressv and pillows just keep getting better nightly. The old saying is true.... you get what you pay for! Love it -""

This pillow is a lot more firm than I expected. Purchased online so I didn't try it before buying. The Tempur material doesn't conform too readily when I lay my head on it. I would prefer a softer, more responsive material.

Too soft and thin!

Does not work well for side sleepers of any size! My husband is taller and I'm more petite. We both bought brand new cloud pillows from the website and they are way too soft. It's like sleeping without a pillow. I wake up every morning with a stiff neck. Tempurpedic offers no returns or exchanges on their expensive pillows. If you don't live by a store, there is no way to try the pillows out until you actually receive them at your door. Maybe ours were defective. Either way, I don't recommend wasting your money on these flimsy pillows.
