No support sinks down to almost level with mattress

Bought this hoping it would give me support for my neck and it has no support and once you sink into it its almost flat with the bed. Neck bothering me even more and waking up with headaches. Dont sleep well at all. Very disapppointed as we have a mattress and love it!!! Terrible pillow! Definitely not worth the money!!!!!
