I was so hoping this would improve my sleep, however the opposite happened. This pillow just doesn't seem to have cushion-shape forming properties of our other Tempur products that we have. The pillow is rather hard and actually makes my neck hurt, whether laying on my back or side. The two pillows purchased have been designated for the guest bedroom and now we are searching for new pillows.

These pillows are way too thin. It's like sleeping with nothing! My husband and I both woke up with sore necks every day. Also, there is no return or exchange policy with these. So you're out a lot of money if they don't work for you.

This pillow is very soft and plush. Somewhat of a snuggle pillow or something you have for decoration. It does not, in my opinion give proper shoulder and neck support. I can not sleep on this pillow on its own as it sinks in and becomes flat once you lay your head on it.
