I called because the first time trying the pillows, I knew they were not right for me, the pillows go completely flat, no support at all. When I contacted customer support, they said they have a zero waste policy. So im stuck with two $80.00 pillows I cannot use.

I bought this pillow under the impression that it was the same as a pillow I had years ago. I tried it out for a night and discovered that it was not as firm as I would have liked. I contacted customer support and they said there was nothing they could do for me. Therefore, when buying a pillow here make sure it the exact pillow you want, because even during a pandemic when showrooms are closed there is a zero return policy.

I really like these pillows. I've had a bad neck (multiple surgeries) for years and tried nearly every major pillow available. These are my favorite by far. I even travel with one and used to make fun of people who did that since no other pillow helped me. The most comfortable and adaptable pillow I've ever used. I have two of them!

Although the pillow felt like nice material it was way too thin. You'd have to stack 2 together to get any support then its too thick. It also had a weird smell that made my eyes burn.
