Terrible!

These pillows were an immediate disappointment as they came out of the box flat. I expected a high quality pillow that would improve my sleep. Since there is no return policy for pillows, I have suffered for nearly a year because I thought the pillows would eventually "break in." Instead, I am getting terrible, uncomfortable sleep and horrible neck and shoulder pain. My husband has the same issues. Waste of money.

So flat and uncomfortable

My mom has the same exact pillow but maybe 2 years old and I had the best sleep on it - so supportive and comfortable! But the one I have gets so flat as soon as you lay your head on it, it's terrible! I can't use it on its own, I have to put it on top of another pillow... super disappointed overall because the reviews seemed great. I doubt it's "bad batch," maybe they just changed it? I don't know but for sure couldn't recommend
