[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just like the mattresses, the pillow is firm, but conforms to your head nicely. My personal preference is for a fluffier pillow, but this is a very nice supportive pillow.

Best mattress

Also I've had my tempurpedic mattress for probably around 15 years and it is still like brand new! It hasn't lost its shape one bit! I sleep so good on it that I convinced several family members to purchase one also!

GETTING USED TO IT

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you are not used to memory foam.... this will take getting used to. Your head doesn't sink in to the pillow. It is rather firm and stays that way. I prefer a more relaxed pillow that I can sink into.
