I decided to take the plunge and purchase some good quality pillows. These are like sleeping on clouds. Since the first night I've had them, I've slept so well and haven't had any pain waking up. I've told a few friends about them. Definitely worth the money.

I was using some that I think were a little too thick, and I came across these in an article listing the best pillows for stomach sleepers. These were the only foam pillows on the list. They compress nicely under pressure but bounce back quickly and maintain their shape. No constant readjustments through the night.
