I was about to change my mattres because I can't sleep well anymore so I stared by changing my pillow first. it was the best decision ever. now I sleep as I did normally and without pain. for years I've been experiencing a strange pain in my ears. the pain disappeared and now I sleep all night. I can say is a restful sleep,

I've used the pillow for about 6 months and take it with me when I travel! It is so comfy and supports me. I'm a side and back sleeper and it is fantastic for both! Enjoy a good nights sleep!
