[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchase the generic pillow for one-third of what this pillow cost and it works primarily the same. Next to no support with this pillow and it sleeps hot. I'm not going to waste my time or additional funds to return Tempur-Pedic. I would never purchase again.

Feels nice, but way too soft

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased 2 of these for the wife and I. While the pillow does feel nice, it is way to soft to offer any support. This is coming from someone who has always been a fan of using the softest, thinnest pillows available wherever I go. I wake up with worse neck/shoulder pain than I had prior to using this, and I think it's mainly due to the design. It seems to put pressure in all of the wrong places and allows the portions you would want pressure to sink... hard to describe. My wife had the same issue and quickly moved on from it after a few nights, I hung on a bit hoping I would "adjust" to it but alas it did not happen. Unfortunately Tempur does not offer returns on pillows so we're stuck with 2 expensive pillows we can't even use.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
