Even though there is no return period, I took a chance and I'm very glad I did. Neck pain is seriously gone. It's soft, yet firm, and does help keep cool. Just get a good pillow case to compliment it. I never leave reviews, but this pillow is actually worth it, even if this review helps one person feel confident in their purchase, it was worth the time.
