[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a back and stomach sleeper, this pillow easily compresses to 1/4 of it's size to provide excellent comfort to your neck and reduce strain while sleeping. Biggest thing I don't like is that my pillowcase has trouble staying on the pillow because the cover that comes with the pillow is 100% cotton
