This pillow is okay. The reason I didn't give it more stars is that the pillow is too firm for me. I'm a bit particular about my pillows and this one was a bit disappointing. I would have thought it would be softer and after sleeping on it for 5 minutes, it started to hurt my head. I couldn't even sleep on it, but good thing my husband liked the pillow, I just have it to him.

Whether it's a backrest, a head cushion, or side support pillow the cloud has out done anything else I've tried from any place. Even picked up a essential support pillow and the two make an amazing combination to sleep with. Thank you tempurpedic!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased Cloud pillow several years ago. Ordered what we thought would be a identical replacement. It was not. The pillow we got was flatter than the original. The original pillow is wonderful, the new one not so much. The company should do better to help the consumer identify a similar replacement. Wasted our money.
