[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At first I wasn't sure how well I'd sleep on this pillow but after a few nights sleep and not waking up 3-4 times like I had been before using this pillow, I'd say it definitely improved my sleep. I thought it would be too flat but it works great.

I mainly invested in these pillows because I'm currently going through a phase of depression, which makes for a tough time to fall asleep already; however, I can honestly say these pillows have helped with the ability to relax and feel not restless. It's amazing at what can happen when you make the small right choices.
