[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I laid on this pillow in the store, it seemed very soft. After I purchased and slept on it, it did not feel as soft. I'm used to sleeping on more than one "goose down" pillow so sleeping on one pillow with a memory foam type feel is much different than what I'm used to. That is why I gave a 4 star review. I like the pillow but I don't love it.
