I ordered 2 of the cloud pillows because friends of mine recommended them. I have always insisted on down feather pillows. These are soft with good support. Recently I ordered silk pillowcases for them, I'm a diva. These are so much more comfortable and cleaner than the down. I recommend them

These new pillows are no where as firm as my old temper pillows I purchased years ago. These pillows do not support your head at all. I'm actually in the process of returning both pillows I purchased. Very disappointed, for the cost of these pillows you would at least expect a little support. I highly recommend selecting a different pillow with a much greater firmness, unfortunately this model does not support your head and neck well at all. And, I love temper, I have a mattress and old pillows they are excellent!!! These pillows unfortunately just do not support like they need too.

I tried one of these pillows at a mattress store and decided to order them to try. I am really disappointed as my husband and I both wake up with stiff neck almost every morning. I thought this would make our sleep better but so far it has been the opposite... Now, I am looking for a good pillow to help with our good night sleep.
