The pillows are very comfortable and soft. I am slightly disappointed that they are thin. If you prefer a thinner pillow then this is perfect!

Poor support from pillows and company

I have three Tempur-Pedic mattresses in our home and have advocated the brand for over 25 years. Unfortunately, my wife purchased two pillows from Tempur-Pedic that were delivered five days ago; after three nights of waking up with sore necks, it is clear that they will not work. After calling customer support and speaking with "Faith" (customer care supervisor), I was told that they are not returnable and that I should consider modifying the temperature of our room if they are too soft or too hard. I am struggling as the "90-Night Trial" is advertised all over the Tempur-Pedic website, and you have to go two or more clicks deep into the fine print to see that this only applies to mattresses. I went through the same checkout process as my wife to see that the information was hiding behind a link on the bottom right-hand corner of the checkout page. Nowadays, most mail-order mattress/pillow companies offer trial periods; it is unfortunate and misleading to offer a trial period but bury the fact that it only applies to a small portion of your products behind links and in the fine print.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not clear on star rating with no explanation. Not satisfied with pillows. Too flat, no support. I have tempur pillows I purchased many years ago that I like better.

I was nervous to invest in these pillows because you can't return them. But I just went for it, because I am sick of waking up with neck pain! I've only had these a few days, and they're awesome! Seriously like sleeping on a cloud. I sleep on all sides and it's comfortable every way you sleep. Just get them if you're debating it. You won't regret it.
