This product seems to be well constructed using quality materials. However, it did not meet my expectations. It becomes flat within minutes of laying down. I need more support than it offered.

Only used for couple of months, purchased from tempur pedic website, pillow was comfy for3 to 4 months then got hard and started to hurt my neck..I asked tempur pedic for replacement but didnt qualify..do not buy, waste of money

I was really excited that this pillow would change my life forever! After all the great reviews I felt it was going to result in the best nights of sleep I ever had. Unfortunately.. This pillow just doesn't do what it says it will. It was too stiff and put a lot of strain on my neck. There wasn't nearly as much give as I had hoped. Seems like good quality but not a cloud for me.
