I ordered two of these pillows, one for me and one for my partner. Within just the first night we both had significantly better sleep. I have a nerve issue in my neck/shoulder and woke up pain free for the first time in weeks. I do personally wish it was just a tad thicker, but that's just my personal preference. My partner thinks it is the perfect size for him.

I have purchased every pillow other retailers carry with no luck. Either they are good for a short period of time or they give me neck pain right away. I tried these on a whim. Although they cost more than other retailers they are WORTH IT! No neck pain. My husband and I both love them. This suites me and I sleep mainly on my sides but also on my stomach and back. My husband is primarily a side sleeper. Get some.

I started snoring more. I was going for a medium in firmness but the pillow has zero firmness. My head goes all the way to the bed. I have to sleep with the pillow folded in half and it's still less firm than my 10 yr old Tempur Pedic pillow. Sub par product compared to their older pillows.

The first couple nights, I could hardly sleep on this pillow, it was way too firm. Removed the cover and that helped a lot, now I do sleep on it every night, but don't love it. My husband cannot sleep on his (and pretty disappointed to find out I couldn't return them, considering how expensive they were -- if I'd read that before ordering, I would not have purchased).
