I would give it 5 stars but I did not because it does have any firm at all. Once you put your head it is a flat pillow. At least you need a little support in your neck and head.

I ordered two of these pillows. These pillows are heavy, big, and seem as if they will last for awhile. They are soft, but the fabric on the outside makes it so they get hot easily. They also sink BAD; there isn't much support. They're nice, but not worth the money I paid for two of them (and they were BOGO!).

I loved my previous two Temppurpedic pillows! Unfortunately, they were not ideal for side or tummy sleepers. I decided to go for this style since my pillows had worn out. I was excited! No forced back sleeping! Unfortunately, my neck hurts most of the time. I sleep on my side and tummy, but I wake up with a sore neck and pain at the bottom of my hairline.
