I was willing to pay more for a pillow and thought the buy one get one deal was a perfect opportunity to do so. I felt that the pillow was dense enough and seemingly felt like it would be comfortable but the moment I laid my head down on it, I was disappointed. The pillow fell flat. Literally. I have to use it on top of another pillow but even then it's pointless. And you can't return pillows. So I have one unopened, unused pillow that I have no idea what to do with.

I purchased these pillows because I was tired of waking up with a headache and neck pain every morning. All the reviews claimed this was the best pillow for that and had excellent reviews. All you ever see are the good reviews. After trying the pillows for 60+days still have the same issues. I do not like these pillows at all.

After using the pillows I have noticed a problem that the pillows just compress to less than an inch. This then provides no support or comfort. My neck has been so stiff and sore since using the pillows. I completely regret this purchase. I really wish these pillows were much better than they are. In my opinion these pillows should have been a lot thicker so that they compressed less. Please be aware of this before buying.

Don't waste your money

I hate this pillow so much! After 10 minutes I get headaches from this thing and the first couple of nights couldn't figure out why. After a few nights with neck pain I went back to using a goosedown pillow. Beware there is no refunds on these things!

FLATTENS & SLEEPS AS IF NO PILLOW UNDER YOUR HEAD

I have never written a review, but felt compelled to write one on this pillow. If I didn't know better I would think it was defective. I'm a stomach sleeper who tosses at night and this pillow goes/stays completely flat when your head is on it. It's as if you don't even have a pillow under your head. Honestly I am completely shocked that anyone would give it more than 1 star, and even that would be generous. With a "no return policy", it was a complete waste of $. I also purchased the symphony pillow with the same result... I recommend not buying either pillow... Trust the 1 star reviews....we all have had the same result.

Too soft for side sleepers

Just got the Cloud pillow, and after a few nights I have been experiencing headaches and neck pain like before I got my Symphony pillow (which literally changed my life when I got it, how silly of me to switch). I wanted to update, and I thought I'd try a new style since I mostly sleep on my sides (vs. back/stomach, which Symphony is good for), but I am very much regretting that now. The Cloud pillow has a nice soft feel but you immediately sink through it, and I feel like there is no neck support at all. Obviously some people have no issues with this judging by the amount of good reviews it has gotten, but going from a firmer pillow like the Symphony to the Cloud there is a huge difference in the amount of support. If you like a more supportive pillow, I would not recommend the Cloud pillow.

Very soft when compressed and cushions head for comfy support while on back side or belly. Seems softer and easier to sleep on than the other base model.

This product offers no support at all. The pillow is so thin and goes flat immediately. I purchased these for my husband and I after seeing so many positive reviews, but am seriously regretting this purchase.
