I bought 2 of these pillows after searching for so long for the right pillow and these are great! They are a little firm straight out of the box but just give them a couple days and they transition into the best pillows you will ever lay your head on. Their name is right, it's like laying your head on a fluffy cloud.

I love this pillow! It is soft as a cloud and confirms to my neck and shoulder. I'm a side sleeper. At first it was an adjustment but I'm finally getting a great nights sleep! I have heard to give a new pillow 2 weeks. I was so uptight with no sleep before this pillow, so I'm glad I purchased it and would buy another!

I could only sleep on it for two nights. It was generally uncomfortable (tossed and turned all night) and my hips got seriously out of whack by the second day. Was very disappointed to find that I could not return it. I got it to help with shoulder pain (I'm a side sleeper), but now I've just gone back to lying done with an extra pillow under my shoulder.

This pillow is too flat for me. Seems like it would be really comfortable if it had a little more to it. It might be good for some people. I use it but have another flatter pillow underneath.
