I wasn't sure I would like this pillow when I first got it. It's the heaviest pillow I've ever felt. It's not at all like the lightweight polyester fill pillows I've slept on for years and years. After having slept on the cloud pillows for a few days now, I find I really do like them. It's a wonderful feeling when my head sinks into the pillow. So far I have not experienced any back or neck pains after sleeping. I don't want to say anything negative about the pillows because I do like them very much, but to be honest I did notice an unusual odor to the pillows when I took them out of the box. The odor seems to have disappeared since then. The pillows were very well packaged when I received them. Each of them were in sealed in plastic bags inside a box.

I had an older cloud pillow and this must be the newer model the exterior is extremely thick and durable more structured and heavier. I was expecting more of a softer light weight inside it was a too firm for me. Great quality though

I have had an old tempur-pedic contour pillow for years. All other pillows I have tried do not measure up to my old tempur-pedic pillow. The dream pillow came with the mattress topper and it surpasses my old pillow. It has just the right amount of firmness and my head does not sink into it. It is very comfortable whether I sleep on my side or back. It has excellent support. I finally found a replacement for my old pillow....the dream pillow. Thank you.
